City Deals is easy to use with your phone camera. You scan a code on the paper to see a video or a coupon. You do not need to download a new app to make it work.
How to scan the codes
Every ad in our magazine has two square codes. These are called QR codes. You can find them next to the business name. Each code does something different for you.
- Open your camera
Take out your smartphone. Open the app you use to take photos.
- Point at the code
Hold the phone over the square code on the page. Do not take a photo.
- Tap the link
A small yellow or white link will pop up on your screen. Tap it with your finger.
What the two codes do
The first code is the video code. It shows a 30-second video of the shop or office. This helps you see the inside of the business before you go. You can see the people who work there too.
The second code is the deal code. This shows you the special offer. It has a big button to call the business. It also has a button for maps to show you how to drive there. You just show this screen to the cashier to save money.
Where we mail the magazine
We mail these magazines to homes in South Florida. Currently, we have books for Kendall, Westchester, and Miami Lakes. Planned reach: about 10,000 homes per area. Confirm coverage and the next mailing with our team.
