Home service shops use City Deals to reach local homeowners. We mail a print magazine to about 10,000 homes in specific South Florida areas. Each ad uses two QR codes to help people call you or see your work.
Where we mail the magazine
We currently publish in Kendall, Westchester, and Miami Lakes. About 10,000 homes is the number we advertise for each area. You can pick your area to reach people near your shop.
Using the two QR codes
Every ad comes with two special codes. People scan them with a normal phone camera. There is no City Deals app to download yet. The first code is for a VIDEO. It plays a 30-second clip of your team working on a roof or fixing an AC unit.
The second code is for the DEAL. This page shows your offer. It has buttons for 'Call' and 'Maps'. This makes it fast for a homeowner to contact your shop. You can see how it works to plan your next ad.
Extra help for your business
We offer other services to help your shop grow online. These include Facebook ads, social posts, and new websites. We also help with Google listings. These extra services are never included in the mail package. They are sold separately.

Do I need an app to scan the codes?
No. Customers use their normal phone camera. A City Deals app is not available yet.
Are Facebook ads included in the magazine price?
No. Facebook ads, websites, and social posts are extra services. They are sold separately from the mail package.
