How to use the codes
Every ad in the book has two square codes. You do not need to download a City Deals app yet. Just open your normal phone camera and point it at the page. A link will pop up on your screen for you to tap.
- Scan the VIDEO code
This opens a 30-second video. You can see the inside of the shop and meet the owners.
- Scan the DEAL code
This shows you the offer. It has buttons to call the business or see a map to their shop.
Using your deals
When you visit a shop, show the deal on your phone screen. The business will apply the discount or offer to your bill. Example only: A shop might offer $5 off a $20 lunch. Always check the deal page for any rules the shop has set.

- Check the map button to see where they are.
- Use the call button if you need to ask a question.
- Keep the magazine and the link to the deal page.
More than just the mail
Vral Media LLC also helps local businesses with other tools. These include websites and social media. These extra services are not part of the print magazine package. If you see a local business online, they might be using these separate services from us.

No. You can use the regular camera app on your smartphone to scan both the video and deal codes.
What if I do not live in Kendall, Westchester, or Miami Lakes?
